Payment, shipping and return

Payment

Payments are possible with us through iDEAL, Mr.cash/Bankcontact, Paypal and Sepa. All of these are nationally known and secure payment systems. During the checkout you will be asked with which method you want to pay. You then log in to your bank/account and complete the payment. After the payment we receive a notification in our system. The order then will be sent as soon as possible through DHL or PostNL.

Shipment

Ordering at GoldQ7 is easy and fast! We ship the packages from the Netherlands and in most cases deliver within 1-2 business days. Any order that is placed and paid for before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same business day. In most cases we cooperate with DHL and in other cases with PostNL. The shipping costs are for the account of the customer. If your package has not arrived after 2 business days, you can contact us through info@GoldQ7.com We will then check where the order is. You will always receive the order in question!

Return

You can return your order or part of it for different reasons. Please read this page carefully to avoid misunderstandings. If you cancel your purchase, we would like to ask you to first contact us at info@GoldQ7.com
Pay attention! The product must be returned in the original unopened, undamaged packaging. It is possible to return the products. Make sure that you have sufficient postage. Please also include your invoice with the return for quick processing.

When returning an order, the shipping costs are for the customer. GoldQ7 will refund the cost of the product to you. The shipping costs are not refundable, you will only receive the purchase price of the product. If a return takes place due to a mistake on our part, we will pay the shipping costs. Products can be returned up to 14 business days after you receive your order.

Returns are processed as soon as possible and at the latest within 10 business days. Any replacement items will be sent to you as soon as possible. To speed up the process, we would like to ask you to add the attached invoice to your return. This way we can process your return faster.

Conditions

You as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase up to 14 days after receipt of your goods. The products that are returned must be unopened and in the (undamaged) original packaging.

Products may not be returned under the following circumstances:

Products that are in possession longer than 14 business days after receipt.
Products of which the packaging has been opened.
Products that are used, damaged or incomplete.
Products whose packaging has been damaged
